The Challenge
Learner drivers struggled to find vetted, available instructors with transparent pricing — with no centralised platform, finding a qualified local instructor meant hours of searching across directories, forums, and word-of-mouth recommendations with no guarantee of availability.
Instructors operating independently lost significant teaching hours to manual admin — scheduling lessons by phone, chasing payments, and managing cancellations without any centralised system, directly cutting into their earnings and capacity to grow their student base.
Solution
