Partnered with LoadMee to build a unified logistics platform connecting 10+ booking channels across 11 cities, enabling 3M+ deliveries with live tracking, dynamic pricing, and digital proof of delivery. A single operational hub replaced fragmented manual coordination across every delivery type and market.
The Challenge
Scaling across 11 cities with both on-demand and enterprise delivery models meant operating a fragmented mix of manual dispatch, paper-based proof of delivery, and disconnected ERP/WMS systems — with no unified visibility across drivers, SLAs, or delivery outcomes in real time.
Corporate clients demanded custom workflows, sustainability reporting, and direct integrations with their existing operations stack — requirements that no off-the-shelf logistics tool could meet, forcing workarounds that became unsustainable as delivery volumes surged past millions.
Solutions
Built a unified logistics platform spanning on-demand and enterprise delivery with real-time vehicle discovery, intelligent dispatch, live tracking, and SLA monitoring across all delivery types and cities in a single control layer.
Developed a digital POD system capturing signatures, images, and timestamps at the point of delivery — replacing paper-based confirmation entirely and giving enterprise clients verifiable, timestamped delivery records at scale.
Delivered plug-and-play Logistics APIs and bespoke integrations connecting LoadMee directly with client ERP, CRM, OMS, and WMS systems — enabling enterprise clients to embed the full logistics layer into their existing operations without rebuilding workflows.
Engineered a CO2 Emission & ESG reporting module to measure, track, and optimise emissions per delivery — giving corporate clients their first structured view of logistics carbon footprint ahead of regulatory compliance requirements.
