The Challenge

Existing health platforms offered generic cycle tracking with no phase-specific intelligence — women lacked evidence-based nutrition recommendations tailored to individual hormonal fluctuations, and employers had no structured framework to support female employees' hormonal health needs.
Solution
Built an AI-powered cycle prediction engine analysing symptom patterns, hormonal fluctuations (FSH, LH, E2, PG), and menstrual history — forecasting cycles and recommending optimal nutrition across all four phases: Menstruation, Follicular, Ovulatory, and Luteal.
Engineered a recipe personalisation system with automated nutritional calculations and integration with Tesco, Sainsbury's, and Lidl — generating phase-specific meal plans with complete nutritional breakdowns and ready-to-shop grocery lists.
Developed a dual-platform architecture serving B2C users and B2B corporate wellness programmes — featuring at-home hormone testing kits, 1:1 expert consulting, and comprehensive care spanning fertility, post-natal, and perimenopause stages.
Created a comprehensive admin platform for managing users, recipes, ingredients, and clinical content — enabling the clinical team to deliver targeted, evidence-based resources at scale.
